If you missed Cruisin' the Coast 2011, you missed one of the largest events they have had. Even though D'Iberville did not participate this year, there were still 5,484 registrations..only 12 short of the 2003 pre-Katrina record. But don't let that number fool you. There were probably that many cars on the coast who participated in the week, but did not register their vehicles in the event. So, imagine, 10.000 show cars, trucks and street rods, old and new, finished and unfinished....ALL traveling along Hwy 98/Beach Blvd and along I-10 and all roads in between...ALL WEEK LONG...The Southern Cruisers Car Club of Mississippi (from Columbus, Starkville and West Point) had 21 people down for the week. We will get more pics soon, but for now, hope you enjoy these. Already making plans for Cruisin' the Coast 2012, so if you haven't been, you should plan to join us. It is an impressive display of some individually unique vehicles that are being driven all up and down the Gulf Coast.
